1. DEFINITIONS

"Software" refers to all programs, source code, binaries, updates,
modifications, APIs, and associated files provided by ak systems for
the AK Flags project.

2. OWNERSHIP

The Software is the exclusive property of ak systems.
No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

3. LICENSE GRANT

Use of the Software is permitted only under a valid written agreement
issued by ak systems. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable,
and limited to the agreed scope.

4. RESTRICTIONS

Without prior written consent from ak systems, the user may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Software
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software
- Use the Software beyond the agreed scope

5. TERMINATION

Any violation of this license results in immediate termination
of the usage rights without notice.

6. LIABILITY

The Software is provided "as is". ak systems is not liable for
any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
Federal Republic of Germany.

8. ENFORCEMENT

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
